Background
LAE for Crammers is the highest-passing reviewer for U.P. Law Aptitude Exam (LAE), the highly-competitive admission test for those who want to be admitted into the U.P. College of Law. In its first year in 2007, 19 out of its 50 reviewees passed the exam. In 2008, its second year, 4 out of its 15 reviewees made it. The passers are listed in our previous posts here.
LAE for Crammers is named as such because it caters to people called crammers-those who prepare, intentionally or unintentionally, for an exam at the 11th hour. More so, its review sessions lasted for four hours only and conducted four days before the examination date!! (Exam is held once a year every 3rd Sunday of November in all UP campuses nationwide.)
Elated by the results and having in mind raising the bar of review, we have offered this year the Advanced Focus-Group LAE Review for people who want to prepare earlier and comprehensively, that is, non-crammers. This time, the sessions last for two days: mornings and afternoons of Saturdays and Sundays. Also, it's conducted akin to a tutorial set-up--maximum of 12 persons only per session--and hands out more comprehensive review materials. So far, Advanced Focus-Group LAE Review already have two batches. One last July and another about to finish this week.
LAE for CRAMMERS III in October and November 2009
Since many people, especially busy graduating students, are requesting for another batch a month or weeks before the exam, we will conduct LAE for Crammers III in October and November 2009.
LAE for Crammers III is the same with Advanced Focus-Group LAE Review in that the two are longer and more comprehensive in scope time and methodology. But unlike the latter, LAE for Crammers III focuses on the needs of crammers who only have a few weeks to prepare for the exam.
LAE for Crammers III details
Coverage and set-up: Two-day tutorial, that is, Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 4pm daily, and maximum of 12 persons only per session.
Rate: P4,000 per person inclusive of comprehensive LAE Testmanship materials. We require a 25% deposit at least three days before review date.
Review venue: Unit 1121, Bldg 11, U.P. Philcoa Bliss, Diliman, Q.C.
